What We Do
Therapeutic Mind and Body was born from a lifelong love of movement and a deep belief in the healing power of the mind-body connection. Founded by a certified yoga teacher trained in Bali’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program, our practice blends traditional yoga therapy methods with mindful movement, breathwork, and body awareness practices that support healing on both physical and emotional levels. We believe movement is medicine, and when we learn to listen to our bodies, we unlock a powerful pathway to wellbeing.
Our mission is to guide people back home to themselves through intentional movement and therapeutic practices. Whether through private sessions, group classes, or special events, Therapeutic Mind and Body is a space where people can slow down, tune in, and rediscover their natural capacity for ease, strength, and resilience.
